HOW OUR PARTIES WORK
Book us in-studio or book us for an out-of-studio party (we bring all supplies to your home or space). Events are reserved in 2 - 3 hour blocks of time. All materials are included in our fee.
Please note that prices depend on the group size.
Our Art Parties typically book up 1-2 months in advance. Please call/email ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Art-Kitect is available to host events and parties any time we're not running another scheduled event. Please choose a time within the below hours:
SEPTEMBER - JUNE
Fridays - 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Saturdays - 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM | Sundays - 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
JULY - AUGUST
Saturdays - 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Sundays - 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
WHAT'S INCLUDED
LIFE OF THE PARTY
You choose the subject of what we paint and our artists will create it!
All art materials included. $ 400.00 for up to 10 painters, $ 35.00 for any additional painter. Up to 26 people can fit in our space MAX.
Surround Sound System. Smocks. Studio setup and cleanup of party by our wonderful staff. 2-3 professional + friendly instructors.
Digital invitations. Fully insured facility
Party Schedule: Approximately 2.5 hours of art & .5 hours of party.
WHAT TO BRING
DRESS FOR MESS
Create an event playlist ahead of time and we'll pipe it into the party room during your party.
Any nut free food and refreshments. (Cake!, juice boxes, candy, snacks, pizza, dips, chocolates, alcohol is welcome, etc.). Our clients like to order pizza, Greek food, or anything on the Danforth.
Party decorations (flowers, bridal decor, streamers, balloons, hats, themed-decor, party favours, birthday candles).
Cutlery and setup (table clothes, plates, cutlery, cups, etc.)
Our paint stains when dried. Please inform your guests to wear clothes they can get paint on. Please do not come in with any expensive or designer clothing. Art-Kitect will not be held responsible for damaged personal items.
PRICING
Please note that prices depend on the group size.
$ 400.00 + HST for 10 painters & under. This is our base fee.
A $ 100.00 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
$ 35.00 + HST for any additional painter.
Out of studio parties (at your place) are subject to an onsite fee of $ 150.00 + HST.
